Si fanno pochi metri in direzione del ponte, poi si varca il cancello (richiudere) attaccato allo stesso e si trova il segnale CAI.

Dall’ Eremo si sale al crinale in località Crocione, dove passa la strada sterrata . A destra si va all’ Acquacheta. Noi andiamo a sinistra verso la Colla della Maestà, dove imbocchiamo il sentiero 00 verso Poggio Erbolini. 
Il sottobosco della faggeta e pieno di ciclamini. 
Scesi alla strada sterrata alla Colla dei Lastri, poco dopo riprendiamo lo “00” fino alla Fiera dei Poggi, dove si va a left on the path 403.

Eremo of Toschi
quiet walk in the Valley that made Wednesday by the Ram 15 with my friend Max. This trip is within or Casentino Forest Park and is described in the book "Walk in the Park" by Sandro Bassi and Nevio Agostini. Hermitage of Toschi. | Santa Maria Hermitage (Hermitage or the Toschi or Tusci). The current structure è in gran parte dovuta ai rifacimenti del 1923, ma conserva il suo antico fascino anche grazie alla facciata a capanna preceduta da un portico a due arcate, al grazioso campaniletto a vela e alla commistione fra la parte religiosa e la parte rurale degli edifici. Sulle sue origini c’è qualche dubbio: tradizionalmente lo si vuole fondato da San Romualdo che venne in questa valle nel 986, 1004 e 1021, ma le prime notizie sicure risalgono al 1021; pare fosse dotato anche di un hospitale per pellegrini, dipendente dall’Abbazia di San Godenzo. Una campana in bronzo datata 1294 e proveniente da qui è oggi conservata a San Godenzo.(dal libro “ A piedi nel Parco” di Sandro Bassi e Nevio Agostini realizzato per il Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi) |

Hello everyone. For the first time on the blog I do a little 'advertising as a DJ. Are not certainly what one might call a professional dj, in fact my gear is very rudimentary and I'm at the beginning of my esperinza handle mixer and vinyls. But if you want to play some 'beautiful rock pissed come to my next DJ set to be held at the Bar as a Saudade SGBosco in Mandello del Lario (the town where I live)!
My nickname is DJ DJ FURY, the DJ of rotten rock.

Mount Pasubio
The Road of the 52 galleries of the 1st Army
Da Bocchetta Campiglia (1216 m) dopo aver lasciato l’auto, ci si avvia all’inizio the path passed between these walls. 
The trail starts climbing right away and after about 10 minutes to get to the first gallery. The majestic portal is the original of 1917. 
Sometimes there is a sign with the data of the galleries that follow. There's the number, length and description. 
The tunnels vary in height and taller people should keep an eye on the ceiling, not to slam into a stone most prominent .
Some is also covered. 
Cobweb highlighted moisture.
buttercup rock (Phisoplexis comosa)
Sometimes it's nice to look back (fog permitting) the path already.
the buttercup rock is one of the rarest and most beautiful flowers that live in the damp crevices of rock faces and limestone. It prefers shade and the flowering period is between July and August. The name derives from the root which is like a small turnip. 
This cone-shaped rock is the output of the 20th gallery, the most spectacular. Approximately 100 m long, climbing over a substantial drop in triple spiral within it. 
Campanule 
Almost all the tunnels have a plaque with the number, name and length, but few have a 'similar ornament. 
Cyclamen (Ciclamen purpurascens) 
Aquilegia alpina. 
At some point after the 40th gallery, in a thick fog, there is a diversion into 'another path, causing a landslide in the next gallery. (Now the ban on driving was revoked.)

From Fontana Golden Pass (1875 m, at 2.15), which overlooks the road called "the Scarubbi", from which it comes down to nozzle Campiglia.
Section of the very wide path that is near the end of the excursion. This is a picture of 2008, 'I entered to see a beautiful part of the track. 
Again, this is 2008. From one of the last galleries, there is a good window on the Pope Refuge.

During the First World War in 1915/18, the Monte Pasubio , which had set the boundary between Italy and Austro-Hungarian Empire, and its surroundings were the scene of clashes between Italian soldiers and Austrian troops. La strada delle 52 gallerie è un tracciato che da Bocchetta Campiglia sale alle Porte del Pasubio. Come dice il nome si attraversano ben 52 gallerie, tutte scavate nella roccia e di lunghezza differente. Si va dagli 8 m. della 22a, ai 318 della 19a. In totale la strada è lunga 6300 m. di cui 2300 in galleria. Le gallerie furono scavate nel 1917, occorsero circa nove mesi di lavoro e doveva servire per rifornire le truppe accampate alle pendici del Pasubio. Fu un’opera titanica che è rimasta nella storia.
Per raggiungere Bocchetta Campiglia noi siamo passati da Schio, qui abbiamo preso la strada Valli del Pasubio (direzione Rovereto) fino alla località Ponte Verde dove siamo andati a destra fino al Passo Xomo, di qui a sinistra fino al punto di partenza. Il pomeriggio che siamo saliti al rifugio, fra nebbia e nuvole, non c’era visibilità, allora ho inserito qualche foto scattata in una precedente escursione sul Pasubio, nel 2008.

Finito il giro della zona sacra siamo ritornati alle Porte del Pasubio e incamminati sulla Strada degli Scarubbi verso Bocchetta Campiglia ( ore 2 ). Ripreso il mezzo ci siamo diretti verso Pian delle Fugazze per visitare l’Ossario e il Museo. 
L’Ossario del Pasubio, sul Colle Bellavista, in prossimità di Pian delle Fugazze, è stato inaugurato nell’agosto del 1926. In esso sono raccolte 5077 salme di caduti, di cui 3460 ignoti ( 60 austriaci ).

Sunset Pian delle Fugazze. The trip is doable in one day, but comfortable places to visit with the war, it is better that two. The paper trail is not necessary, but it is always better to have it, even to the knowledge of the surrounding area. I had a map at scale 1:25000 "Pasubio and Carega" sections of the CAI Vicenza. For those who want to know more about how we had the Great War on Pasubio, there is a bibliography far nourished.
